What We Do
One-On-One
Mentorship.
We pair students and young professionals with experienced Latino mentors in various fields: business, education, public service, and more. Mentors meet regularly with their mentees to give advice on academics, career paths, and personal development.
Leadership
Workshops
We conduct monthly workshops and events where participants build skills like public speaking, networking, project management, and community organizing.
Community
Projects
Mentees work together on small community service projects or advocacy campaigns. With mentors guiding them, they learn by doing.
We create spaces where our voices are not just heard, they are centered. Through identity-affirming workships, educational forums, community debates, and storytelling rooted in our lived experiences, we empower people to lead, speak, and show up fully as themselves. We are reminding our community that they always held the power.
